Cancellations

Cancellations must be e-mailed to director@aseh.net. Requests received by February 26, 2014 will receive a full refund, minus a $35 processing fee, following the conference. Requests made after February 26, 2014 will receive a refund of the registration fee only, minus a $35 processing fee, as the hotel and bus companies will charge us the full amounts due by that date. Fees for special events, breakfasts, and field trips will not be refunded after February 26, 2014. Cancellation of rooms must be made through the hotel and are subject to its requirements for notification.
