This information pertains to ASEH's next conference in Riverside, California (March 14-18, 2018).

Our conference exhibit area is the ideal location for the promotion of scholarly materials - or materials concerning career and education development. Most of our exhibits are book displays. Check below for information on fees, deadlines, and other details.

Sign-Up Deadline
November 17, 2017.

Note: there is a fee for electricity at each table, which the hotel will charge ASEH. Each exhibitor needs to sign up for electricity separately on the registration form (and that deadline has passed).

Notification of cancellation must be made in writing. Cancellations received after March 1, 2018 will be subject to a 25% processing fee. Cancellations made after March 1 obligate the exhibitor to full payment and forfeiture of all monies paid.

Table 2, 3, 4, and 5 - $250 each
Electricity - $70

Exhibiting Hours
Thursday, March 15, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Friday, March 16,  8:00 a.m. – 12:00 noon (afternoon break for field trips)
Saturday, March 17, 8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

Exhibit Breakdown and Dismantling
Saturday, March 17, 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
