Time Flies

“Time Flies” won the best poster award at ASEH’s conference in Toronto in April 2013. Congratulations to authors Alan MacEachern and Josh MacFadyen of Western University!

"Time Flies: Aerial Photography and Landscape Change, Prince Edward Island, 1935-2010," focuses on the dynamic landscape and coastline of Prince Edward Island, Canada's smallest province.  This story of developing -- and sometimes disappearing -- communities makes the case that remote sensing and aerial photos offer a unique way of understanding landscape and land use change in the twentieth century.
