Our conference exhibit area is the ideal location for the promotion of your press, organization, institution, or company. This year, we will not only provide the coffee and tea in the exhibit area but also will hold an evening reception on Wed. evening next to the exhibit area, highlighting the exhibits.

Exhibit Location, Space, and Traffic
The exhibit area is located in the Washington Marriott Hotel, downtown Washington, DC, in the ballroom foyer. All coffee breaks and the opening reception will held in the exhibit area to maximize traffic.

•    Two complimentary meeting registrations
•    Two complimentary tickets to opening reception
•    Listing in the annual meeting program, website, and app
•    If needed, we have volunteers that can staff your booth for no extra charge (includes exhibit set up and distribution of order forms)

Table (6-foot, with skirt and 2 chairs)
$350 first table; additional tables $250 each

Note: the Washington Marriott will charge $60 for an electric outlet that is reserved through ASEH by March 4, 2015. The fee covers electricity throughout the conference (three days). Exhibitors can sign up for electricity when reserving a table.

Notification of cancellation must be made in writing. Cancellations received after January 31, 2015 will be subject to a 25% processing fee. Cancellations made after March 4 obligate the exhibitor to full payment and forfeiture of all monies paid.


The online payment and registration form will be available in late July 2014.

Please note that boxes being shipped back need pre-paid labels – and your shipper must arrive on Monday, March 23 to avoid hotel storage charges.

Saturday, March 21, 8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
